Our purpose here at Fellowship Bible Church is to glorify God in our lives as we seek to reflect His image in our lives through spiritual birth. We will glorify God as we (1) clearly present the gospel of Jesus Christ in such a way as to lead as many men and women to faith in Christ as possible, (2) equip ourselves and them for the work of service and the building up of the body of Christ, and (3) see others come to faith and maturity also.
MUSIC
We enjoy a variety of opportunities in which to glorify God through the use of music in corporate worship. Rather than emphasizing any given style or tradition, we seek to employ stylistic diversity where we can do so authentically, given the makeup of our congregation and musicians. In selecting music for use in corporate worship, we seek to employ the finest content from both historic and recent compositions, focusing on the theological richness of the lyrics combined with the opportunity for God’s people to respond to Him passionately and expressively through both lyrics and music.
HOW TO DRESS
Whether you like to wear a three piece suit — or if you prefer shorts, T-shirt and tennis shoes — you will probably find someone else dressed in similar attire.
COFFEE BREAK
A long-time tradition is our coffee break between worship and the teaching time. It is an opportunity to meet our guests, meet someone we don't know yet, or to greet anyone we bump into.
CLASSES
Classes for Nursery through the 6th grades are available during the worship and teaching times. Junior and Senior High students meet after the coffee break in the Youth room upstairs. Although classes for adults are not available on Sunday, we meet those educational needs through our Care Groups, our Mini-Churches and our Impact Series of Teaching.
