PURPOSE
At Fellowship Bible Church ABC Preschool our purpose is to provide a variety of childhood learning experiences which will help young children develop spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically, and socially. We seek to provide the type of environment in which children can learn concepts through concrete, hands-on activities. Through the use of learning centers, specialized curriculum and specialty classes, we provide a well rounded foundation for growth.
CURRICULUM
Each class will be using a variety of learning centers, activities and materials to educate the whole child. Our curriculum is based on the fact that children learn best through play. Our pre-K classes will utilize Saxon Pre-K Math curriculum and concepts from Saxon Phonics for Kindergarten curriculum as they take academic steps toward kindergarten readiness. Our three year old classes will utilize Saxon Early Education curriculum to learn age-appropriate concepts. Even our youngest classes will have exposure to numbers and alphabet. Our Kindergarten class will utilize Saxon Kindergarten Phonics and Math, as well as some of Saxon’s 1st grade concepts. Using Gospel Light Bible Curriculum, teachers of each age group will begin to build a foundation of knowledge of Jesus Christ. Through storytelling, flannel boards, crafts and activities, children will learn Bible stories and concepts that will lead to spiritual growth.
In addition to regular classroom activities, we will attempt to foster an appreciation of Fine Arts within our students. During each quarter of the preschool year, we will offer a specialty class that will allow the children to sample a specific area of the Arts. Some examples of the classes we may offer are visual art, music, sign language, creative movement, and Spanish.

9:30 to 2:30 Preschool
9:15 to 2:45 Kindergarten
Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
2009 Tuition: $160 per month per Preschool Child
$200 per Kindergarten Child
Registration Fee: $25 per family
Ages served: 18 months through Kindergarten
Children need to be classroom age by September 1st of the school year.
School term: September through mid-May
