Mentoring Ministry

Mentoring Ministry

Fellowship Woman 2 Woman Mentoring Ministry is rooted in the biblical principles of Titus

2:3-5, where older women teach and mentor younger women in faith and daily life. This passage encourages women to guide each other in living godly lives and embracing roles as loving wives, mothers, and community servants.

In this ministry, older women, often more mature in faith or life experience, are paired with younger women to provide guidance, support, and encouragement. These relationships aim to help women grow spiritually, emotionally, and relationally, modeling Christian virtues in daily life.

Key areas of focus often include:

1. Spiritual Growth: Encouraging women in their personal relationship with Christ through Bible study, prayer, and accountability.

2. Singles, Marriage, and Family: Teaching about godly relationships, marriage, parenting, and creating a Christ-centered home.

3. Personal Character: Helping women develop virtues like kindness, self-control, humility, and integrity.

4. Life Skills & Practical Support: Offering wisdom on managing finances, time, and health while providing a place for women to share their challenges and victories.

The goal of the Titus 2 ministry is to provide mentorship and cultivate a sense of community and sisterhood among women of various ages, backgrounds, and life stages. It focuses on growing together in faith and supporting one another as women navigate the journey of life with Christ at the center.
